ParentVUE/StudentVUE and Student Grades

We are pleased to announce ParentVUE/StudentVUE is now available for the new school year. This application will give parents and students access to school information, student information, verification of contact information and more.

The ParentVUE portal allows parent/guardians to view their children’s school information. The information is accessed directly from the student records system, Synergy, so the records are always up‐to‐date.

While the website is accessible over the Internet, access is secured via a logon and password. Parents can only see information about their children, and cannot see the records for other students. Parents may only screen the

information and cannot make changes to the student records.

However, since creating an account will provide parents and students access to confidential information, identification must be provided in the school office before being assigned an activation code. Upon receiving an activation code, parents will be directed to the website with instructions for setting up their own account, including a unique username and password. Once an account has been created, parents can download the appropriate app for their iPhone or Android devices to have access to all information on their smartphones or tablet devices.

Note: You only have to complete the activation process once.  However if you have more than one child, you will have access to view his/her information if Educational Rights is indicated for that child and the information is entered by that school. It is possible that you may see one child and no other sibling(s), especially if he/she attends a different school.
